So what does an optimised routine look like?
Doing the things in the table will enable you set up powerful routines. Learning how to handle decisions better means less decision fatigue enabling an easier life. If you want to become limitless, you have to have a vision for your life, take action consistently towards your goals and keep working on your skillsets.
1. Eating right
Eating the right foods is key to living a limitless life. The food that you eat impacts you physically, mentally and also spiritually.
2. Exercise
The need to exercise regularly can’t be understated. Regular exercise has a direct correlation with happiness due to the dopamine chemicals released. Not only that, you get the physical benefits as well as a good night’s sleep.
3. Getting enough sleep
Sleep plays an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.
4. Power of imagination (the future)
There is something really powerful that happens when you imagine an incredible future for yourself (at least) and others. You could call it priming, dreamlining, etc. Set aside 5-10mins everyday to imagine a better future for yourself.
5. Build your skill sets steadily
Focus on doing things you can steadily improve on. Even if its just 1% per day. Over a year that adds up 1.01^365 = 37.8X improvement. Take action… this will add to your confidence.
